Tiffany’s Catering is a full-service catering company that has existed for over 10 years. It is our mission and our philosophy to build lasting relationships through memorable experiences, great service and excellent cuisine.

My name is Tiffany Mikeal Darrell and I come from a family of Chefs. I studied Culinary Arts at Los Angeles Trade Technical College and earned an AS degree in Culinary Arts. I transferred to Cal Poly, Pomona and earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Restaurant Management. I am Certified through the ACF American Culinary Federation as a Certified Culinarian. I am Serve Safe Certified and have a business license in Catering. I have been catering for over 10 years and have worked for many different restaurants under different chefs. I have studied abroad in Florence, Italy where I earned a Certificate at the Apicius Italian Cooking and Wine School. I am also certified as a level one Master Sommelier, which is a Wine Steward and a Culinary Arts instructor at Los Angeles Harbor Community College.
