Planning any event especially a wedding can be a demanding one! Please consider the following offerings to make weeks previous as beautiful and stress-free as your special day. We will offer you a complimentary checklist to make certain you have thought of every detail. In addition, we offer our expert assistance:

  • Unlimited Email Contact
  • Floor plan & Layout Development
  • Three (3) inclusive hours of on-site consultations & planning before event
  • Eight (8) inclusive hours Event Day / Wedding Day Direction, Set-up, Clean-up for Reception
  • Creation & Execution of Event / Wedding & Reception Timeline
  • Finalize with all Vendors the Week of Event / Wedding date
  • Coordination of Timeline for adherence with Vendors, Event Staff & Wedding Party
  • Partial Planning Starts at $3,5000
  • Day of Coordination Starts at $1,200

Venue Selection
Hourly Rate of $45  hour + any travel expenses incurred, including site visitations and site negotiations

Flat Fee 15% of Total Budget Costs for the Following:
